Endowment Fund
The Foundation believes that in order to re-dress prevailing socio-economic inequalities and bring about social change, it is necessary to mobilise both human and financial resources. Created to achieve both of these objectives, our Endowment Fund comprises two strands. On the one hand, it focuses on the acquisition of a property portfolio of ‘community assets’ aimed at regenerating derelict buildings as well as local communities. On the other hand, we encourage philanthropic practices among minority ethnic communities, who often have a long tradition of giving away their time and money to help more vulnerable people.
